Come join us for another 9-Day Healing Circle this New Moon, led by Annie Sayo.

Welcome to our June 2024 online healing circle for women of color led by the amazing Annie Sayo! Join us for 9 days of deep healing, connection, and empowerment. This circle is a safe space where we can come together, support each other, and grow spiritually. Annie will guide us through the 9-day agenda, the fast and nutritional detox, foods to avoid during our healing circle, the journal prompts that encourage reflection, and discuss participation in guided meditations and yin yoga, in the pursuit to help us heal and thrive.
