To create a sustainable rehabilitation model, we want to bring awareness to Adverse Childhood Experiences that cause multi-generational trauma for BIPOC community, and use agrotourism, spirituality, and wellness programs to treat effects of PTSS. We build bridges with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), organic farms, and local businesses that specialize in wrap-around services and products that are organic, inclusive, educational, socially conscious, and environmentally-friendly. These partnerships will strengthen our efforts to support BIPOC sufferers of trauma.

We are excited to extend an invitation for you to join us in our mission of cultivating Spirituality, Sustainability, and Equality. If your services align with our values, then together, we can make a significant impact.

Applying for the C.A.R.E. Partnership Pledge includes the following benefits: community, resources, and being featured on our partnerships page and in the C.A.R.E. Partnership Directory. Businesses who offer family monitoring and supervision are also invited to join our Referral System.

We are enthusiastic about the potential of working together and would be thrilled to have you join us in our mission.

Annie Sayo

  • I am Stephanie “Annie” Sayo, a knowledge seeker of health, nature, justice and people that enhances all life on earth spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

  • Warm greetings and continued healing to all.

Promoting, advancing and practicing healthful ways of being and living particularly for QBIPOC (Queer Black Indigenous People Of Color) who do not have full access to all resources necessary to sustain a whole-istic state of being.

I have had the honor to have been an apprentice under Dr. Andre Knustgraichen (who later became Uncle Andre to me) for many years as he taught me traditional ways of healing the mind, body and spirit. After a two year process in healing a severe infection in my colon, I chose to get certified in Hydrocolonic Therapy. A few years later, Uncle Andre passed away and to continue his teaching and legacy, I began running Women Of Color Healing Circles.

The circles consist of online and or in-person gatherings, depending on the group, where we gather to do a collective cleanse of the mind and body as we incorporate spirituality as the basis of healing. I reference Medical Medium’s book Cleanse To Heal as a guide for our nine day cleanse. I also incorporate information on herbs, supplements, how the process of decolonizing our relationship to food, land and each other is part of the restoration of individual, community and collective justice.
